Log in to the September18 Academy (members only) for all your exclusive video tutorials and PDF patterns.
When you become a member of September18 you will automatically receive a welcome email from us. And an invitation to the September18 Academy, which is an online platform on Teachables. And in it we put the pattern and also the video for you every month.
When you sign up for your membership, you can also choose to receive the pattern on paper in your box as well. So either the pattern is available to you digitally in the September18 Academy or digitally and on paper. The choice is yours.
When you log in to the academy you will also see a welcome email waiting for you and the pattern of your chosen welcome gift. So then you can get on wonderfully.

Practical answers around your membership
You can pause your box every month. We always announce the box in advance. So you can always even if the box with the materials and technique suits you.
If you want to pause, send an email to info@september18.nl by the 1st for the month. The transaction for that month’s box will then be canceled. The following month you automatically join again. You always have ample time to pause.
From the 18th of the month, we announce the box and your break can be given until the 1st of the month. We always send you a confirmation of your pause. Have questions? Feel free to let us know, we’d love to help!
If you decide to stop being a member of September18.co.uk we are of course very sorry, but we have made it as easy as possible for you.
You send an email to info@september18.nl before the 1st of the month to cancel your membership. Your membership will then be terminated immediately. You will also receive a confirmation from us about this. What is very nice is that you do keep access to the September18.co.uk Academy as usual. That way you can always review the patterns and videos of the boxes you’ve made – or have yet to make 😉 – look back. And your membership code, your discount, remains valid for the individual boxes as well. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us, we are happy to help!
From the 18th of the month, we will announce the new monthly box, which is easy to remember since we are called September18 ;-).
The first way we do this is in the Facebook Community. This is a private Community specifically for September18.co.uk. In it are a lot of our members but also people who ordered a single box once. It’s fun to sign up for this anyway, because many creations made are shared here, as well as tips and questions can be asked.
Then on the 19th on our social media channels, i.e. Facebook and Instagram. And then, approximately from the 20th via a newsletter by mail. In it we show exactly what you will make and what is in the box.
